Clear rules for eligible digital-purchase refunds.
Eligible direct purchases may be requested for refund within 14 days if the content has not been substantially downloaded, activated, consumed or used, except where local law provides broader rights.
Defective or materially misdescribed content may qualify for repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by law.
Delivered and used consumables are generally non-refundable unless required by law, duplicated through technical error or purchased without authorization.
Verified duplicate charges should be reversed. Suspected unauthorized purchases should be reported promptly and may require verification.
Purchases made through external marketplaces are generally handled under the store provider’s refund process.
Submit order ID, account email, purchase date, payment reference and reason through Support; never send passwords or full card details.
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method; settlement times depend on the payment provider.
